She even ask if she could meet our mother to wish her a happy birthday, which made our mom's day, who is 94 yrs old. She is always so professional, kind, caring & willing to go above & beyond to make sure we are taken care of.
I think relief took him over! Rhonda proceeded to do her magic & as usual she did not disappoint us. She was training a new guy named Adam & when she saw that it was us she immediately greeted us & acknowledged that we had 5 rooms & ask Adam if she could take over to make sure our rooms were together. So we held back to try to get her to check us in. When we got there, there was a long line but we saw that our favorite girl was present & her name is Rhonda. We had five rooms altogether & was dreading the check in process because we wanted our rooms next to each other. This was her first time but my sister's & I have been here several times. My sister's & I brought our mother to stay a couple nights last month for her birthday.
